摘要
目的了解泰安市青年学生的艾滋病流行特征,为制定针对性措施提供依据。方法收集2007~2016年泰安市艾滋病综合防治信息系统中≥15岁学生的艾滋病病毒感染者/艾滋病病人(以下简称HIV/AIDS)疫情数据以及2012~2016年市疾控中心自愿咨询检测门诊的学生监测数据,进行描述性流行病学分析。结果 2007~2016年泰安市共发现青年学生HIV/AIDS病例25例,2014~2016年报告例数占累计报告例数的64.00%。报告病例全部为男性、未婚、性途径传播,其中男男性行为传播占88.00%(22/25)。通过咨询检测和专题调查发现的病例最多,占44.00%,其次是医疗机构检测(占28.00%)和性病门诊就诊者检测(20.00%)。确证感染时,CD4+T淋巴细胞平均数为(455.55±266.02)个/μl,最少25个/μl,最多954个/μl。咨询检测门诊接待的学生求询者589人次中,原因为男男同性性行为的占65.20%,发现学生HIV感染者9例。结论近年来泰安市青年学生艾滋病疫情有增加趋势,青年学生中的男男性行为人群应成为校园艾滋病防治的重点人群。
Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of HIV/AIDS among young students in Tai'an city,so as to provide the bais for formulating specific measures. Methods The HIV/AIDS cases among young students aged above 15 years old in Tai'an city during 2007-2016 and the monitoring data of students from the VCT clinics in Taian CDC during 2012-2016 were collected from HIV/AIDS Comprehensive Response Information System and analyzed by descriptive analysis. Results A total of 25 HIV/AIDS cases were reported among young students in Tai'an city,2007-2016,and the number accounted for 64.00% of the total.All of the young student HIV/AIDS cases were males,unmarried,and sexually transmitted.Homosexual transmission(88.00%)was the main route of transmission.Cases were mainly reported from VCT and investigation(44.00%),followed by medical institutions(28.00%)and STD clinics(20.00%).The average number of CD4+T cells was(455.55±266.02)/μl when confirmed,at least 25/μl,and up to 954/μl.About65.20% of the 589 students who received VCT in Taian CDC were MSM and 9 were found to be infected with HIV.Conclusion The number of young students with HIV infection has been increasing in recent years,the MSM among young students are the key groups in AIDS prevention and control on campus.
