摘要
提出了一种用于集成车载充电器的新型拓扑结构,该结构将九开关变换器和双三相PMSM应用到驱动过程中,并将其合并到了充电过程,因此,所提出的拓扑结构可以实现充电驱动一体化。相比于传统的充电器,其明显优点在于装置开关数量的减少以及装置质量和成本的降低,并且六相电机额外附加自由度的应用使得电机中一部分励磁从转矩产生的平面转移到了非转矩产生的平面,所以在充电过程中不能产生启动转矩。最后通过电压定向控制策略对所提出系统进行控制,并在MATLAB/Simulink中仿真验证了所提出系统的可行性,证明能够实现单位功率因数运行。
A novel topology was proposed for the integrated on-board charger,which applied the nine-switch-converter and dual three-phase PMSM to the drive process and further combined it to the charging process. Therefore,the proposed topology could integrate charging and drive processes. Compared with conventional charger,the proposed topology had obvious advantages such as decrease of number of switches and reduction of weight and cost of the device. Furthermore,additional degree of freedom of the six-phase motor transferred a part of motor excitation from the torque-producing plane to other planes,so that no starting torque was generated during the charging process. Finally,the proposed system was controlled by the voltage-oriented control strategy,and MATLAB/Simulink simulation verified the feasibility of the proposed system and proved that it could realize unit power factor operation.
