摘要
采用薯蓣皂苷元为原料,通过加氢还原、PCC氧化以及缩合反应分别得到酮和丙二腈甾体衍生物.再通过一锅法高产率分别合成了多个噻吩、吡啶稠合甾体化合物.所有化合物都利用核磁、高分辨质谱等方法进行了结构表征鉴定.为提高目标产物的产率,对溶剂、反应温度、反应时间等相关条件的进行了筛选,得到最佳反应条件.
In this paper,the ketone and malononitrile steroidal derivatives were obtained by hydrogenation reduction,PCC oxidation and condensation reaction using diosgenin as raw material.Then,we synthesized several thiophene and pyridine fused steroidal derivatives by the one-pot method.All the compounds were identified by NMR,HRMS etc.To improve the yield of product,we screened the solvent,reaction temperature,reaction time and other related conditions,and gradually got the best conditions.
