摘要
城乡教师协同学习共同体是基于协同学习共同体原理组成的新型教师发展联盟,但在当前的实践中,还存在实践着的"共同体之人"缺乏对城乡教师协同学习共同体的理论自觉、对其深度学习的运行特点模糊不明、具体运行策略无共同体特征等运行机制的问题。正确认识城乡教师协同学习共同体结构组织的多元性和互主体性、功能的时代性和价值的共享性、运行动因的内在深刻性等运行机制特性是达成深度学习的重要因素。为此,实践中还要注意:在组成方式上,采用线上线下、虚实结合、外驱内发、形散核实的学习共同体形态;在学习方式上,采用混合学习、真实情境、行动探究的深度学习方式;在动力驱动上,采用发展性评价、他组织与自组织协调、教师领导的方式。
City-Rural Synergetic Learning Community based on the ideology of Community is a new league to promote teacher development. But actiouers are deficient theory conscientious, cannot clear its mechanical characters and effective strategies in real practice. To reach deep learning, we should explore its mechanical characters: muhi-elements and inter-subjectivity in organized system, creative contenlporary value in function, inner deepening motivate in dynamic. At last, we must pay attention to the following tips: in organization ways, solid and void, line on and out learning models is more effective, in its formation both out and inner motivate and loose formation but solid in reality is better; in its learning method, deep learning as blending learning, reality learning, action exploration is more effective; in driving force the best manner is developing evaluation, both organizing and self-organizing together, and teacher leading models.
