CNG压缩机轴承外圈氧乙炔火焰喷涂修复

摘要 CNG压缩机轴承外圈与轴承台的长期摩擦,造成公差过大,从而使设备在运行过程中产生很大的震动和噪声,严重影响设备的正常运行。针对以上问题,开展了氧乙炔火焰喷涂修复研究。结果表明:该方法能最大限度地减少工件变形,涂层结合紧密,能够满足使用要求,有效解决零件之间因公差过大引起的震动和噪声问题,从而有效延长了CNG压缩机轴承外圈的使用寿命。该修复方法操作简便,经济合理,值得在生产中大力推广。 The long-term friction between bearing outer ring and bearing table in CNG compressor causes excessive tolerance and results in great vibration and noise,which has seriously affected the normal operation of the equipment. For above problems,the oxygen-acetylene flame spraying repair technique of bearing outer ring is researched. The results show that this method can minimize the deformation of the workpiece,and the coating is closely combined to meet the requirements of use. It can effectively solve the problems of vibration and noise caused by excessive tolerance between parts,thus effectively prolonging the service life of the bearing outer ring in CNG compressor. The method is simple,economical and worthy of being popularized in production.
