摘要
针对燃煤机组在低负荷时,脱硝装置(SCR)由于烟温低而不能满足投运要求的问题,以某660 MW超临界机组为例,提出4种宽负荷脱硝改造方案进行分析比较,确认采用给水旁路+省煤器再循环的改造方案。根据机组改造后的实际效果分析此方案的可行性,总结其技术特点。
When coal-fired units operate at low load,Selective Catalytic Reduction(SCR)cannot run effectively because of the low flue gas temperature.To solve the problem mentioned,a 660 MW supercritical unit as an example,four kinds of wide-load range denitrification schemes are proposed and analyzed respectively,the scheme of Bypass Feed Water+Economizer recirculation is chosen finally.According to the actual effect after the retrofit,the technical feasibility and characteristics of the above scheme is analyzed.
