摘要
分析了矿用减速器现阶段设计方法的不足,将模块化设计方法应用到矿用减速器设计中。阐述运用模块化设计方法设计矿用减速器的基本过程。设计过程表明,该方法缩短了减速器设计周期,快速生成适合不同煤矿环境使用的采煤机和输送机。
Analyse the shortcomings of the design method in mine gear reducer at the present stage, apply the modular design method to the design of the reducer. Introduce the basic process of using modular design method to design reducer, the design process shows this method shortens the design cycle of the reducer, produce coal mining machine and coal conveyer suitable for different coal mine environment rapidly.
