摘要
采用吹扫捕集—气相色谱/质谱联用技术(PT-GC/MS)建立白厚漆中苯(benzene)、甲苯(toluene)、乙苯(ethylbenzene)、对二甲苯(p-xylene)、间二甲苯(m-xylene)、邻二甲苯(o-xylene)、异丙苯(isopropylbenzene)和苯乙烯(styrene)的快速测定方法,优化并确定吹扫捕集预处理最佳条件,在优化气相色谱/质谱联用分离和鉴定条件基础上,根据8种苯系物特征离子特点,采用选择离子监测(SIM)法分离并分析其含量。采用外标法定量,对常见市售白厚漆中的苯系物进行测定。方法的样品前处理简单,测定过程干扰小,分离度好,灵敏度高,测定结果准确、重现性好。
A rapid method for detecting benzene,toluene,ethylbenzene,p-xylene,m-xylene,o-xylene,isopropylbenzene and styrene in white thick lacquer was established based on the purge-trap and gas chromatography/mass spectrometry(PT-GC/MS).The detecting parameters for pretreating benzene series in the white thick lacquer were optimized.Based on the optimization conditions of separation and identification of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,the eight kinds of benzene compounds in the white thick lacquer were better separated and analyzed by the selective ion monitoring(SIM)method.The content of benzene series in the market white thick lacquer was analyzed by external standard method.The results show that the method has some advantages of simple pretreatment,low interference,good separation,high sensitivity and good reproducibility,and can be used as a method for rapid identification and quantitative analysis of trace benzene series in white thick lacquer.
