摘要
目的 系统分析我国化疗患者睡眠问题护理相关研究的现状及存在的问题.方法 采用规范的检索策略,对中国生物医学文献数据库、CNKI、万方数据库以及维普数据库进行检索,并采用文献计量学方法进行统计和分析.结果 共纳入133篇文献,第1篇文献发表于2003年,从2012年起,文献发表数量呈明显的上升趋势;文献分布于77种期刊,平均每种期刊收录1.73篇;发文量最多的地区依次为江苏、广东、湖南、浙江等地;文献的研究类型以随机对照试验为主,占66.92%;研究主题最多的是评价护理干预对睡眠的影响效果;文献采用的护理干预方式中,心理护理的应用率最高,占75.21%.结论 化疗患者的睡眠干预护理研究近年来发展迅速,但其总体的质量、深度和广度上都有待进一步提高.将化疗患者睡眠问题的护理干预措施整合并论证,使之能够成为科学系统的临床规范,是我国护理研究者未来亟待解决的重要课题.
Objective To analyze the situation and existing problems of nursing on the sleep quality of cancer patients with chemotherapy in China systematically. Methods A search of CBM disc, CNKI, WanFang database and VIP database was conducted with a scientific search strategy. A bibliometric analysis was used for the statistical analysis of collecting data. Results A total of 133 publications were included in the analysis. The article was firstly published in 2003, with an increase in article numbers by year after 2012. These articles were published in 77 different journals; the average published number was 1.73 per journal. The regions of published articles quantity were Jiangsu, Guangdong, Hu＇nan and Zhejiang in descending order. Most articles were randomized controlled trial （66.92%）. The main research content was effects evaluation of nursing interventions on the sleep quality of chemotherapy patients; among different nursing interventions, psychological nursing occupied the highest utility ratio （75.21%）. Conclusions Researches on the sleep quality of chemotherapy patients are developing rapidly recently. However, the total quality, depth and extent require more improvement. Future study on the integration and argument of nursing interventions for chemotherapy patients, which make it to be a scientific clinical criterion, requires the solutions from nursing researchers in China.
