中药方剂五苓散在低剂量CT尿路造影中的应用价值 被引量:2

摘要 [目的]探讨中药方剂五苓散在低剂量CT尿路造影(computed tomography urography,CTU)中的应用价值。[方法]随机选择行低剂量CTU检查的患者78例,分为五苓散组和对照组,两组各39例。两组患者常规行检查前准备,其中五苓散组在检查前2h口服五苓散煎液1袋(药量12g),而对照组未行其他干预措施。对比分析两组患者显影延迟时间,尿路显影的连续性,肾盏、肾盂、输尿管和膀胱解剖结构的显示评分以及肾盂各段输尿管的CT值,并观察不良反应。[结果]在低剂量CTU检查中,口服五苓散能缩短显影延迟时间、提高尿路显影的连续性,降低肾盂及各段输尿管内CT值,与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);提高肾盏、肾盂、输尿管和膀胱解剖结构显示效果评分,但两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);无不良反应发生。[结论]口服五苓散能优化低剂量CTU检查中的显影效果,提高检查效率,安全可行,具有一定临床应用价值。 [Objective] To investigate the applied value of the Wulin Powder in the low-dose CT urography(CTU). [Methods] Seventy eight patients with low dose CTU were randomly divided into the Wulin Powder and control group, 39 cases in each group. The two groups were prepared before routine examination, among them, the group of Wulin Powder took orally the decoction bag of Wulin Powder(12g) 2 hours before the examination, and the control group did not take any intervention measures. The delay time, the continuity of urinary tract development, the display of anatomical structure of renal calyx, the CT value of renal pelvis, each part of ureter and bladder were analyzed by comparing in the two groups. And observe the adverse reactions of Wulin Powder group. [Results] In the low dose CTU examination of the Wulin Powder group, shortening the delay time, improving the continuity of urinary tract development and reducing the CT value of renal pelvis, each part of ureter and bladder was significantly different compared with those of control group(P〈 0.05). At the same time also, the Wulin Powder improved the displaying rate of the anatomical structure of calyces and renal pelvis, ureter and bladder, but there was no statistically significant difference than that of control group(P〉0.05) , and without adverse reactions. [Conclusion] The Oral Wulin Powder can optimize the displaying effect and improve the examination efficiency in the low-dose CTU examination, and is safe and feasible, and has certain clinical application value.
