摘要
目的：探讨岭南传统天灸疗法3号方治疗中老年人膝骨关节炎的临床有效性。方法：将90例膝骨关节炎患者随机分为3号方组和安慰剂组,每组50例,3号方组患者接受岭南传统天灸3号方治疗,以黄芥子粉、熟附子粉、威灵仙粉等按比例研粉加姜汁制成药膏;安慰组采用安慰剂治疗,以荞麦粉加入色素、姜汁制成药膏。两组疗程相同,均5 d/次,共治疗10次。观察两组患者治疗前后的WOMAC量表评分及VAS评分,并比较两组患者的疗效差异。结果：治疗前两组患者WOMAC评分和VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,治疗后两组患者WOMAC评分和VAS评分均较治疗前下降,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,治疗后3号方组的WOMAC评分和VAS评分与安慰剂组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,3号方组的有效率为72%,安慰剂组的有效率为30%,两者比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：岭南传统天灸3号方可缓解中老年人膝骨关节疼痛,改善膝关节功能,方法简单实用,值得临床推广应用。
Objective ：To discuss the clinical efficacy of No.3 prescription of traditional medicinal vesiculation therapy of Lingnan for knee-osteoarthritis. Methods ：90 patients with knee-osteoarthritis were randomly divided into No.3 prescription group and placebo group. Each group had 50 cases. Patients in No.3 prescription group were treated with No.3 prescription of traditional medicinal vesiculation therapy of Lingnan,of which yellow mustard,cooked tuber,Clematis,etc. added with ginger juice were made into ointment;while patients in placebo group were treated with placebo of which buckwheat powder and pigment added with ginger juice were made into ointment. Therapies were provided once five days for a total of 10 times. WOMAC scale score and VAS score of two groups patients were observed before and after treatment,and compare the clinical curative effect of two groups. Results ：WOMAC scale score and VAS score before treatment of patients in two groups showed no significant differences（P〈0.05）;WOMAC scale score and VAS score after treatment of patients in two groups decreased（P〉0.05）,WOMAC scale score and VAS score after treatment of patients in two groups is different（P〈0.05）,total effective rate of No.3 prescription group was 72%,while placebo group was 30%,two groups difference of total effective rate was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion ：No.3 prescription of traditional medicinal vesiculation therapy of Lingnan could alleviate the pain and improve the function of the knee joint. The method is simple and practical,which can be applied as a basic TCM technique in county.
