大规模水电消纳和调峰调度关键问题及研究进展 被引量:31

摘要 随着"西电东送"直流水电输送规模的快速扩大,中国受端电网水电消纳压力急剧增加,面临低谷消纳困难、网间高峰负荷博弈、消纳和调峰多目标协调等挑战性问题,严重制约水电大规模输送与优化配置。文中在分析中国水电跨省区输送特点的基础上,以水电消纳和调峰为主线,细述了水电消纳调度的发展过程和不同阶段对水电消纳问题的解决思路与技术途径,提炼总结了四类主要水电调峰方法,综述了水电跨省区消纳阶段多电网调峰问题研究进展,提出了需要致力研究的关键理论与技术问题,并给出了建议的解决途径。 With the rapid development of hydropower transmission scale in the Electricity Transmission from West to East, more pressure for hydropower absorption has imposed on the receiving-end power grids. There exist new challenging problems including absorption difficulty in light load hours, peak load gambling among power grids, multi-objective coordination between hydropower absorption and peak regulation, etc. These issues seriously restrict large-scale hydropower transmission and optimal configuration. To cope with them, this paper analyzes the main characteristics of inter-provincial hydropower transmission in China. With the focus on the hydropower absorption and peak regulation, this paper elaborates the development process of hydropower absorption and the solution strategies and technical ways in different stages of hydropower absorption. On the other hand, four kinds of methods for peak operations are also summarized. Moreover, the researches about peak regulation for multiple power grids are reviewed. The key theory and several technique problems facing hydropower absorption are proposed and some suitable technical advices are given.
