摘要
将能源消费量、二氧化碳排放量、人口数量作为投入,国内生产总值(GDP)作为产出,建立一整套带有不可任意支配变量的数据包络分析(DEA)优化模型,并对各省资源配置与目标设定问题进行系统研究。实证结果表明,通过优化,各省份相对效率稳步提升,单位GDP二氧化碳与单位GDP能源消耗明显下降。
This paper systematically studies the resource allocation and goal setting of Chinese provinces by establishing a complete set of data envelopment analysis (DEA) optimization models with non arbitrary variables, which takes energy consumption, carbon dioxide emissions, and population as input, and GDP as output. The analytical results show that: through optimization, the relative efficiency of each province is steadily improved, and the carbon dioxide per unit GDP and the energy consumption per unit GDP are declined significantly.
