摘要 为了使机械电子工程专业的学生掌握专业知识和技能,自主研发了以可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)为控制核心,可进行上位机控制,实现手动或全自动一体化多功能机电控制综合实验台。该实验台是在光电开关检测到输送机上的物块时,用气爪夹取,在蜗轮蜗杆减速器和伺服电动机的带动下,旋转180°将物块放到储物盒中,并用组成十字滑台的两个步进电动机调整其位置,使物块投放到对应位置。 In order to make the mechanical electronic engineering students to master professional knowledge and skills,a comprehensive test platform is independently researched and developed. The platform has S7-200 224 xp CN PLC as control core,can achieve upper monito control,and realize manual or automatic control. The experiment station is that the photoelectric switch detects wedge on the conveyor,then a robot hand is used to clip the wedge. The worm gear and worm reducer and servo motor operate to rotate 180 °and put the wedge in store box,and a cross slide which is consisted by two stepper motors adjusts its position,and makes the wedge into the corresponding location.
