新电改背景下孤岛微电网运营策略研究 被引量:1

摘要 新一轮电力体制改革为多主体参与市场交易提供了契机。微电网作为聚合分布式电源(distributed generation,DG)的有效途径,转变了DG产能的波动、随机和不可控特点,特别是在新电改背景下为微电网参与市场交易提供了很好的政策支撑。以新电改为基本背景,研究微电网的经营模式,并重点考虑由风电机组、太阳能机组、燃料电池和储能装置及电力负荷构成的微电网模型,为实现微电网内部最优运营策略构造最低边际成本模型。在确保内部网络供需平衡的基础上,实现了对微电网的最优控制,为微电网在复杂的竞争中节约开支、赚取利润提供了良好的方法,提升了微电网在新电改环境市场下的竞争力。 The new round of power system reform provides an opportunity for multi-agent participation in market transactions.As the effective way for the aggregation of distributed generation(DG),micro grid can change the fluctuation,randomness and uncontrollable characteristics of DG capacity,which can provide a good policy support for micro grid to participate in market transactions especially in the context of the new electricity reform.Taking new reform in power industry as the basic background,this paper studies the operation mode of micro grid,focuses on the micro grid model consisting of wind turbines,solar cells,fuel cells,energy storage devices and power loads,and constructs the minimum marginal cost model to achieve the optimal operation strategy in the micro grid.On the basis of ensuring the balance between the supply and demand of the internal network,the optimal control strategy for the micro grid is realized,which can provide a good way for micro grid to economize expenses and earn profits in complex competition,and improve the competitiveness of micro grid in the new electricity reform environment market.
