摘要
为研究不同浓度的赤霉素(GA3)、2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸(2,4-D)、萘乙酸(NAA)和稀硫酸结合超声波处理对滇重楼种子萌发的影响。用不同浓度的试剂浸种滇重楼种子,采用托盘沙藏,并观察记录种子萌发率、胚根长度,筛选出促进滇重楼种子萌发的最适浸种试剂和浸种浓度。结果表明:50~600 mg/L的GA_3、0.2~0.4 mg/L的2,4-D、20 mg/L的NAA及10%的稀H_2SO_4均可促进滇重楼种子的萌发,4种试剂最佳浸种浓度对比中,500 mg/L的GA3浸种处理萌发率(82.36%)显著高于对照(40.45%),且胚根在90 d时最长的能达到5.08 cm。500 mg/L的GA_3对滇重楼种子的萌发和胚根生长具显著的促进作用,低于或高于500 mg/L的GA3促进作用则会相应的减小,而高于0.4 mg/L的2,4-D、20 mg/L的NAA及10%的稀H_2SO_4则对种子的萌发具有抑制作用。
To explore the effect of different concentrations of GA3, 2, 4-D, NAA and dilute H2SO4 treated on seed germination of Paris polyphylla var. yunnanensis (Franch) Hand-Mazz combined with ultrasonic. The seed of P polyphylla var. yunnanensis was treated with different reagents at various concentrations. By using sand storage in pallet, the seed germination rate and the length of the embryonic root were observed, the optimum reagent and the concentration of the seed germination of P polyphylla var. yunnanensis were selected. The results showed that the germination rate ofP polyphylla var. yunnanensis seed was improved by concentrations (50-600 mg/L) of GA3, (0.2-0.4 mg/L) of 2, 4-D (20 mg/L) of NAA and 10% of dilute H2SO4. In the best immersion concentration of four reagents, the concentrations (500mg/L) of GA3 (82.36%) was significantly higher than the contrast (40.45%) on germination rate,and the longest length of the radicle can reach 5.08 cm in 90 d. The germination rate and radicle growth ofP polyphylla var. yunnanensis seed was significantly improved by concentrations(500 mg/L) of GA3. Below or above this concentrations, the promoting effect will be relatively decreased. However, above the (0.4 mg/L) of 2, 4-D (20 mg/L) of NAA and 10% of dilute H2SO4, the germination rate of seed will be inhibited.
