眼附属器黏膜相关淋巴组织边缘带淋巴瘤的PET/CT表现与临床分析

The analysis of ^(18)F-FDG PET/CT in ocular adnexal mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue marginal zone lymphoma

摘要 目的:描述眼附属器黏膜相关淋巴组织边缘带淋巴瘤18F-FDG PET/CT特点,并探讨最大标准摄取值(SUVmax)与相关临床指标的关系。方法:回顾性分析33例眼附属器黏膜相关淋巴组织边缘带淋巴瘤患者治疗前的18F-FDG PET/CT检查,并对SUVmax与患者基线实验室结果进行相关性分析,比较不同亚组间SUVmax差异。结果:除外手术完全切除病灶的6例患者,眼附属器黏膜相关淋巴组织边缘带淋巴瘤18 F-FDG PET/CT阳性率为92.6%,SUVmax范围为2.2~10.6,均值为5.24±2.17;SUVmax与超敏C反应蛋白(HsCRP)、血沉(ESR)呈显著正相关,而与血白蛋白(Alb)、血红蛋白(Hb)呈显著负相关;结膜组SUVmax显著低于眶周组。结论:18F-FDG PET/CT可以作为眼附属器黏膜相关淋巴组织边缘带淋巴瘤患者分期评估的方法,SUVmax与HsCRP、ESR、Alb、Hb可能反映患者肿瘤的炎症程度,并可能会成为判断疾病预后的指标。 Objective:To describe characteristics of 18 F-FDG PET/CT in ocular adnexal mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue marginal zone(MALT)lymphoma and investigate the relationship between SUVmax and clinical parameters.Method:Thirty-three patients diagnosed with ocular adnexal MALT lymphoma and received 18 F-FDG PET/CT were retrospectively studied.Correlation analyses between SUVmax and baseline laboratory results were conducted.The SUVmax of different subgroups were compared.Result:Except for 6 patients with complete resection of lesions,the detection rate of 18 F-FDG PET/CT in the evaluation of patients with ocular adnexal MALT lymphoma was 92.6%.The range of SUVmax was 2.2 to 10.6,the average was 5.24±2.17.SUVmax was positively correlated with HsCRP and ESR.In addition,it was negatively correlated with albumin and hemoglobin.The SUVmax of conjunctiva group was significantly lower than that of orbit group.Conclusion:18 F-FDG PET/CT can be used as a method in staging ocular adnexal MALT lymphoma.Both SUVmax and biomarkers such as HsCRP,ESR,albumin and hemoglobin may reflect the degree of tumor inflammation,and may be prognostic indicators in future.
