摘要
在实践中,企业及其战略管理实施要求千差万别,通过案例分析,设计自有其考量和合理性。其用意仅是强调平衡计分卡是战略实施的重要工具而非仅仅的企业绩效考核手段。在这一过程中,平衡计分卡设计的整体性、相关性和内在统一性逻辑对企业战略管理目标的实现具有特别意义。
In practice, the implementation requirements of enterprises and their strategic management are vary widely. Through case analysis, the design has its own consideration and rationality. The purpose is to emphasize that the balanced scorecard is an important tool for strategic implementation, not just a means of performance appraisal. In this process, the logic of the integrity, relevance and inherent unity of the balanced scorecard is special significance to the realization of the strategic management objectives in enterprises.
