摘要
目的探讨护理干预在胸腔镜治疗青少年原发性自发性气胸中的应用价值。方法选择我院2013年1月至2015年12月收治的青少年原发性自发性气胸患者50例,随机分为观察组和对照组各25例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组则予以综合护理干预,比较两组患者的护理满意度及住院天数。结果观察组的护理满意度高于对照组、住院天数低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对青少年原发性自发性气胸患者实施综合护理干预,可提高患者的护理满意度、促进患者早日康复。
Objective To explore the application value of nursing intervention in adolescents with primary spontaneous pneumothorax（PSP）. Methods From January 2013 to December 2015,in our hospital, 50 adolescent patients with PSP were randomly divided into observation group（n=25） and control group（n=25）. The control group received routine nursing while the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.The nursing satisfaction and the number of days of hospitalization in the two groups were compared. Results Nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the hospitalization days were less in the observation group than in the control group,the differences in two groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion It＇s good to implement comprehensive nursing intervention on PSP operation,which can improve patients＇ s satisfaction and promote the patients rapid postoperative recovery.
