紧身跑步服针织面料的开发与热湿舒适性评价 被引量:8

摘要 为研究紧身跑步服针织面料的热湿舒适性,选择Cleancool纤维、Coolmax纤维、咖啡碳纤维等新型纤维和纱线,设计开发出5种基本织物组织、35款纬编针织面料,并对面料的透湿性、导湿性、吸水性、接触冷暖感等热湿舒适性进行测试与分析.基于实验数据与结果分析,运用模糊综合法对面料的热湿舒适性能进行客观评价.结果表明,吸湿速干涤纶纤维和咖啡碳纤维作为面纱时,织物具有良好的吸湿速干性;平针组织、网眼组织织成的,以咖啡碳纱线为原料织成的织物热湿舒适性综合评价较好.研究结果为后续户内紧身跑步运动无缝针织服装的开发提供参考,具有实际意义. To study the thermal comfort of tight knitted running sportswear, several fibers and yarns ( including Cleancool fiber, Coolmax fiber, coffee carbon fiber and other new fibers and yarns) were selected to develop 35 weft-knitted fabrics consisting of 5 knitted structures, and their performances such as moisture permeability, water conductivity and contact warmth, etc. were tested and ana- lyzed. Based on the result, the fuzzy comprehensive method was used to evaluate the fabric's thermal and moisture comfort objectively. The results show that the fabric has good moisture absorption and quick drying properties when moisture absorption, quick drying polyester fiber and coffee carbon fi- ber were used as face yarn; single jersey and mesh structure fabrics with coffee carbon fiber behave better in thermal comfort. The research results can provide a reference for the subsequent develop- ment of indoor tight seamless knitted running sportswear.
