摘要
在10kW^30kW区间的柴油发动机技术向功率高、重量轻、转速高、体积小型化、低燃油消耗、低排放、多工况使用范围等方向发展。研究主要对主要结构部件采用新型材料、结构改进工艺方面寻求突破,测试了万有特性曲线和调速特性曲线,并进行优化设计,为风冷柴油机设计提供了参考依据。而且,该方法具有较高的通用性和可拓展性。
The diesel engine technology in the range of 10 kw-30 kw has been developed in the direction of high power,light weight,high rotation speed,compact size,low fuel consumption,low emission,and wide operating range. The research mainly seeks breakthroughs in the use of new materials and structural improvements in major structural components,tests the universal characteristic curve and the speed regulation characteristic curve,and optimizes the design,providing a reference for the design of air-cooled diesel engines. Moreover,the method has high versatility and scalability.
