摘要
签名鉴定是文件检验工作的重点,而少量笔画的签名则是工作中的难点,此类签名笔画数量少,笔迹特征少,检验难度大。选取少量笔画的签名10个,将40名摹仿人按照书写水平编为高、中、低3个层次分别进行练习摹仿。实验表明,签名的基本写法、单字及笔画之间的大体搭配关系,较明显的笔顺,特殊的运笔等是易被摹仿的特征。特殊的笔顺,连笔动作,起收笔的细小动作,运笔的弧度和转折的角度,笔力及一些细节的搭配比例等是不易摹仿的特征。检验中应仔细分析摹仿少量笔画签名的特点,抓住笔迹特征变化规律,运用系统鉴定方法,检验条件若不理想,应谨慎给出结论。
Signature identification is the focus of questioned document examination while the signature with few strokes is the difficulty in the examination. Such signature has few strokes, few features and difficult to examine. 10 signatures with few strokes are selected and 40 imitators are divided into the high, medium and low groups in accordance with the writing level. Features such as the basic spelling of the signature, the general collocation between the words and the strokes, the more obvious sequence of strokes and special pen movements are easy to imitate. Special sequence of strokes, connections, tiny actions from the initial to the terminal, the arc and turning point of pen movements, pen pressure and some details are difficult to imitate. In the examination, characteristics of signature with few strokes need to be paid more attention. It is necessary to grasp the variation of handwriting characteristics and use the systematic identification methods. If the examination condition is not ideal, the conclusion need be cautious.
