Analysis of surveillance results of influenza in Huzhou during 2010-2016

摘要 目的了解浙江省湖州市2010年-2016年流行性感冒(简称流感)流行趋势及其病原学变化特点,为本地区防控流感提供参考依据。方法收集2010年-2016年湖州市两家流感监测哨点医院流感样病例标本及监测资料,实时荧光定量PCR检测甲型流感病毒通用型、甲型H1N1流感病毒、季节性甲型H1流感病毒、季节性甲型H3流感病毒和乙型流感病毒。结果 2010年-2016年湖州市流感高发季为当年12月-次年3月,8月左右有一个小高峰。流行型别主要是甲型H1N1流感病毒、季节性甲型H3流感病毒和乙型流感病毒。流感病毒感染无性别差异。>60岁阳性率最高,0岁~5岁阳性率最低。结论湖州市流感病毒由B型流感病毒、季节性H3型和甲型H1型交替作为流行优势病毒出现。流感病毒流行优势病毒的交替变化一般在6月-8月发生,值得在下一年的监测中重点关注。 Objective To understand the epidemiological trend and characteristics of epidemic influenza( influenza) in Huzhou,Zhejiang from 2010 to 2016,so as to provide reference for the prevention and control of influenza in the region.Methods Influenza samples and monitoring data were collected from two influenza surveillance sentinel hospitals in Huzhou from2010 to 2016. Real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR was used to detect influenza A virus influenza virus,influenza A H1 N1 influenza virus,seasonal influenza A H1 virus,seasonal influenza A H3 influenza virus and influenza B virus. Results High incidence of influenza occurred during December 2010-March 2016 in Huzhou,with a small peak in August. Popular types were mainly influenza A H1 N1 influenza virus,seasonal influenza A H3 influenza virus and influenza B virus. There was no gender difference in influenza virus infection. The highest detection rate was in the age group 〉60,and the lowest was in the0-5 years old group. Conclusion Influenza virus emerges as a predominant virus by the alternating type B influenza virus,seasonal H3 type and alpha H1 type. Alternating changes of prevalence virus in influenza virus generally occur from June to August,and it is worth focusing on monitoring in the next year.
