摘要
通过添加不同质量分数的制浆黑液作为型煤燃烧固硫剂,分析制浆黑液对型煤灰分的影响。采用TG、EDS、XRD等手段分析制浆黑液对型煤燃烧及其固硫率的影响,得出较佳配比为黑液添加质量分数为32%;通过改变型煤燃烧时间及燃烧温度,确定出最佳固硫率燃烧时间为3h,最佳燃烧温度为900℃,固硫率高达89%。黑液型煤的制备为高效利用制浆黑液提供了新的思路。
The impact of pulping black liquor on briquette ash was investigated by adding different amount of pulping black liquor as the sulfur-fixing agent in briquette combustion. The impacts of pulping black liquor on briquette combustion and its sulfur-fixing rate were analyzed by TGA, EDS and XRD. The optimal addition of black liquor was 32% mass fraction, and the best combustion time of sulfur fixation rate was 3 h. The best combustion temperature was 900℃ and the rate of sulfur fixation was up to 89%. The preparation of black liquor briquette provides a new idea for efficient utilization of pulping black liquor.
