摘要
本研究通过文献研究、专家访谈、实地调查等方法,梳理了中医药人才评价的现状,发现当前存在的三个主要问题,即套用现代医学方法评价中医药人才、人才评价标准单一、中医药人才评价约束机制不健全。提出建立中医药人才分类评价体系,根据不同分类设计评价指标,健全中医药人才评价机制,加强中医药人才评价廉政建设。
Through literature study, expert interview, field investigation and other methods, the present study has combed the status of the evaluation of TCM talents, and found three main existing problems: the application of modern medical methods to evaluate TCM talents, the single evaluation standard, and the imperfect constraint mechanism of TCM personnel evaluation. This paper put forward the establishment of the classification evaluation of TCM. According to different classifications, design evaluation index, improve the evaluation mechanism of Chinese medicine talents, and strengthen the incorruptibility construction of the evaluation of TCM talents.
