摘要
为缩短机场安检服务时间,提高安检服务效率,对机场安检服务流程进行探索。首先,分析了机场安检服务流程,发现导致机场安检服务排队时间过长的关键因素;其次,对旅客携带违禁品的状况进行统计分析,提出减少旅客携带违禁品以缩短安检服务时间的建议;然后,提出了基于旅客分类的机场安检服务方式;最后,通过定性和定量的研究,得出机场安检服务流程优化方案,能够有效地缩短安检服务时间,提高服务效率和旅客满意度。
In order to shorten the time of security check service and improve the efficiency of airport security inspection, optimizes the airport security inspection service. Firstly, analyze of the air- port security service process, find the key factors that lead to the airport security service queuing for a long time. Secondly, put forward through the analysis of passenger carrying contraband to reduce the status of passengers carrying contraband. Then, the airport security inspection service mode based on passenger classification is put forward. Finally, through qualitative and quantitative analysis, the air- port security service optimization scheme can effectively reduce the security service time, improve service efficiency and passenger satisfaction.
