摘要
介绍细纱工序产生短粗节的原因,并探讨其具体解决方案。从纺纱器材、设备、工艺、温湿度等方面介绍了生产中产生短粗节的实例,结合波谱图逐一对各形态的短粗节进行分析,从而使得纱线的质量得到有效保证。认为:根据短粗节形态及波谱图特征,可以快速定位产生短粗节的原因,提高解决短粗节问题的效率。
The reasons for short thick places in spinning process were introduced.The solutions were discussed in details.From yarn spinning accessory,equipment,process,temperature &humidity and so on,the practical examples for short thick places generation during daily production were introduced.The short thick places with different morphology were analyzed one by one combined with wave spectrogram.Thus,the yarn quality was effectively ensured.It is considered that the causes of short thick places can be quickly locked according to the short thick places morphology and characteristics of wave spectrogram.Moreover,the quality management efficiency can be improved.
