摘要
本文以新疆某高校为例,对教学秘书队伍基本结构、职业生涯发展、工作待遇及身心健康等方面进行调查,分析了加强教学秘书队伍建设的重要性。同时基于高校本科教学审核评估背景下,从学校层面提出了加强教学秘书队伍建设的保障措施;从教学秘书自身方面,提出了教学秘书提升自身素质及工作能力的方法和途径。
This paper takes a university in Xinjiang as an example to investigate the basic structure of the secretary team, career development, job benefits and physical and mental health, and analyzes the importance of strengthening the teaching secretary team construction. At the same time, based on the evaluation of undergraduate teaching assessment in colleges and universities, from the school level, we put forward the safeguard measures to strengthen the construction of the teaching secretary team. From the teaching secretary＇s own point of view, it puts forward methods and approaches for the teaching secretary to improve its quality and working ability.
