摘要
选定相同规格不同品牌的轮胎,用体积比为50/50的氮/氧混合气体充气,并置于65℃的老化房中加速老化5周,研究轮胎老化后耐久性能和轮胎材料性能的变化。结果表明:轮胎老化后耐久性能下降,不同品牌轮胎耐老化性能差异较大;老化后轮胎胎侧胶拉伸强度、拉断伸长率明显下降,定伸应力增大;带束层层间粘合强度明显下降;轮胎老化后存在较大安全隐患。
In this study,the changes of tire durability and the properties of tire compounds after aging were investigated by using tires from different brands but with the same size. The tires were inflated using nitrogen/oxygen gas mixture with a volume ratio of 50/50 and then aged in the accelerated process for 5 weeks at 65 ℃. The results showed that,the durability of tires decreased after aging and the aging resistance of different brands tires was quite different. The tensile strength and elongation at break of the aged sidewall compound decreased significantly while the modulus increased. The adhesive strength between belt layers was reduced significantly after aging. Aged tires had potential safety problems.
