摘要 针对当前塑料注射成型试验教学过程中出现的问题,提出一种基于虚拟制造技术的机械模具专业的教学实训开发平台。以虚拟制造技术为核心,以MATLAB为工具,结合模具教学标准资源库,开发可用于教学、实训和考核一体化的综合训练平台,有助于学生掌握注射成型过程中的关键技术,实现"教学互动","人机交互","虚实结合"的新型实训平台开发和应用。该平台的开发与应用在模具实训教学过程中有着较高的实用价值和推广价值。 In view of the problems occurred in the experiment teaching process of plastics forming, a platform of teaching and training for die & mould specialty was proposed based on virtual manufacturing technology. By taking the virtual manufacturing technology as a core and MATLAB as a tool, integrating teaching standard resource library, a new synthe- size platform was developed for teaching, training and examining. Students could master the key technology of forming process easily by using the platform. It could realize the aim of instructional interaction and the virtuality and reality combination. The exploitation and application of the platform in die & mould teaching and training has higher pratical val- ue and promotional value.
