家用燃气灶具NO_x和CO排放测试随机性分析 被引量:1

摘要 选取3台具有典型结构特点的灶具,分别设有圆形火孔、红外陶瓷板和旋缝火孔部分预混燃烧器,进行21次纯甲烷燃烧烟气测试实验,通过对烟气测试数据的算术平均数、标准差、离散系数和箱线图的数理统计分析,描述灶具烟气测试数据的随机性。在21次重复独立测试实验过程中,3台灶具样本热负荷均未出现显著的变化,工作状态均保持在一个相对一致的水平,证明烟气数据具有可比性。3台样本NO_x排放值的标准差均小于2×10^(-6),离散系数小于0.05,各自均维持在一个相对稳定的水平,不存在明显的随机性变化,离散程度小。3台灶具样本的CO排放值中,大部分CO排放值波动在10×10^(-6)~100×10^(-6)范围,有部分CO排放值超过200×10^(-6),离散系数普遍大于0.05,存在显著的随机性波动。结果表明:NO_x测试数据随机性波动不明显,可以用某一时刻烟气数据或一段时间烟气数据的算术平均数结合不确定度计算,来表征灶具的NO_x排放水平。CO测试数据随机性波动显著,已超出测试仪表的精度范围,是灶具CO排放的固有特征。 Three domestic gas cooking appli- ances with typical structural features are selected, which are equipped with circular fire holes, infrared ceramic plates and partial premixed burners with rotary slit fire holes, respectively to perform 21 pure methane combustion flue gas test experiments. Through the mathematical statistical analysis of the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, dispersion coefficient and boxplot of the flue gas test data, the randomness of the flue gas test data of domestic gas cooking appliances is described. In 21 repeated independent test experi- ments, the heat loads of the three gas cooking appli- ance samples do not change significantly and the work status is maintained at a relatively consistent level, which shows that the flue gas data are comparable. The standard deviations of NOx emission values of the three samples are all less than 2 × 10^-6, and the dispersion coefficients are less than 0.05. Each is maintained at a relatively stable level, there is no obvious random change , and the degree of dispersion is small. In the CO emission values of the three gas cooking appliance samples, most fluctuate in the range of 10×10^-6 to 100×10^-6, and some exceed 200×10^-6. The dispersion coefficients are generally greater than 0.05. There are significant random fluctuations. The results show that : the random fluctuations of NOx test data is not obvious, the flue gas data at a certain time or the arith-metic mean of the flue gas data for a period of time can be used to represent the NOx emission level of domestic gas cooking appliances in combination with the uncer- tainty calculation, and the randomness of CO test data fluctuates significantly and exceeds the accuracy range of the test instrument, and it is an intrinsic feature of CO emissions from domestic gas cooking appliances.
