摘要 一种实验室环境下使用的自动对刀仪,系统通过激光器发出光束,经照明光学系统对光束进行扩束,投射到刀具上表面,在刀具另一侧,通过成像光学系统将刀具的投影像成像到CCD传感器上,由计算机对图像进行采集和处理,采用基于弦到点的距离累积(CPDA)的完整的角检测技术来进行离散曲率估计,进而利用最小二乘法拟合刀尖的圆弧半径,并得出刀尖的位置。通过模拟和数据分析对研究的图像处理算法进行验证。验证实验数据表明,刀具参数测量精度可达5μm,位置精度可达2μm。 The paper proposes a kind of automatic tool which is used in the laboratory environment. A system e- mits a light beam through a laser, which is expanded by the illumination optical system and projected onto the upper surface of the tool. On the other side of the tool, the optical system (CPDA) based on the complete angle detection technology carries out discrete curvature estimation, and then uses the least squares method to fit the tip of the tool, the radius of the arc, and the position of the tip. The image processing algorithms presented by this paper were verified by simulation experiments and data analysis. Verification of experimental data shows that the repeatability of tip radius measurement can reach 5 μm, the tool nose position measurement error is not greater than 2μm.
