摘要 碳酸酐酶(carbonic anhydrase,CA)是一种Zn2+依赖金属酶,能高效催化CO2的水合反应。CA通过调节细胞内外的酸碱平衡、气体交换等生理过程,参与多种疾病的发生、发展。研究发现,CA与多种消化系统疾病的发生、发展有关,也是预测其肿瘤发生及评估预后的重要生物学标志物。 Carbonic anhydrase(CA) is a family of zinc metalloenzymes that efficiently catalyzes the hydration of carbon dioxide. CA, by regulating the cell inside and outside the acid-base balance, gas exchange and other physiological processes, is involved in the occurrence and development of a variety of diseases. The study found that CA is associated with the occurrence and development of a variety of digestive diseases and is an important biomarker for predicting the occurrence and prognosis of tumors.
