摘要
针对氰化法提金中存在的氰化物污染问题,在不改变原有氰化工艺流程和设备的基础上,用碱性环保提金药剂替换氰化钠,考察了H2O2用量、药剂用量、矿浆浓度、浸出时间、保护碱等因素对金、银浸出率的影响。结果表明,环保药剂在常温空气搅拌下即可浸金,当其用量为30 kg/t、矿浆浓度40%、p H值12、浸出时间48 h时,金浸出率达99.41%,浸金效果和氰化法相当。经贫液调浆优化,药剂消耗降至13 kg/t。另外,指出了环保药剂应用过程存在的主要问题,研究结果为其工业化推广应用奠定一定技术基础。
In view of cyanide pollution problem in fields of cyanide exacting gold and without changing the original cyanide process and equipment, environmental friendly alkaline agent was used to replace of sodium cyanide and solve the cyanide pollution problem. Some factors influencing on the leaching rate of gold and silver such as H2O2 dosage, dosage of alkaline agent, pulp density, leaching time and protective alkali were investigated. Results indicate that it could leach gold under the normal temperature with air stirring and the gold leaching rate could reach to 99.41% under the conditions as follows :30 kg/t of alkaline agent dosage, 40% of pulp density, pH 12 and 48 hours of leaching time, its leaching gold effect was equal to that of cyanide process, and reagent consumption dropped after the poor fluid mixing optimization. In addition, problems related to the application of this reagent were pointed out. This work established a technical foundation for its industrialized application.
