摘要
配电系统中微网的运用可以解决清洁能源零散分布的问题,但微网的接入,配电系统的故障特征受分布式发电的影响发生改变,且有了更加复杂的电气量变化,这对传统的保护和故障检测造成了影响,还有可能使系统无法准确定位故障的位置.因此先以10 k V配电网络为例,分析了微网接入对其网继电保护的影响,然后提出考虑了重合闸装置的基于通信的继电保护配置方案,最后在PSCAD/EMTDC中建立了10k V配电网络的仿真模型,对继电保护新方案的有效性进行了验证.
The micro-grid in the distribution system can be used to solve the problem of scattered distribution of clean energy. However,with its access,the fault characteristics of the distribution system are changed under the influence of distributed generation and there is more complex electric quantity change,which has impact on traditional protection and fault detection makes the system unable to locate the fault accurately.Therefore,taking the 10 k V distribution network as an example,we analyze the impact of micro-grid access on the relay protection of the network.Then,a communication-based relay protection configuration scheme considering the reclosing device is proposed. Finally,PSCAD/EMTDC 10 k V distribution network simulation model is built and the validity of the new scheme of relay protection is verified.
