摘要 以振动筛等高频振动机械为检测对象,提出了一种基于双目视觉技术、具有强大信息传输与处理功能的振动筛运行状态观测器,详细介绍了该观测器的设计原理。通过实验测试表明,该观测器具有运行平稳可靠、图像数据传输质量高、图像质量不受外界光照影响等特点,电源续航可以满足一个生产周期的检测需要,还可以满足振动筛的全天候巡检要求。 Taking vibrating screen and other high-frequency vibration machines as the detection objects,the author proposed a vibrating screen operating state observer with strong data transmission and processing capabilities based on binocular vision technology,and introduced the observer's design principle in detail.The experimental tests showed that the observer ran stably and reliably,its image quality was not affected by outside illumination and its power supply could meet the requirements of a whole production cycle detection and all-weather routing inspection of vibrating screen.
