摘要
针对松软煤层抽采钻孔塌孔造成的抽采效果较差问题,在新景矿进行了全程下筛管护孔工艺试验,通过对比采用全程下筛管和退钻后下筛管两种工艺的筛管下放率和瓦斯抽采参数数据,得出采用全程下筛管护孔技术的钻孔抽采浓度、抽采纯量比对比试验孔提高了1倍左右,抽采达标时间大大缩短,实现了高效抽采,保障了矿井的安全生产。
Aiming at the bad gas suction effects caused by hole collapse in soft coal seam,hole protection process test with whole course screen pipes was carried out in Xinjing Mine,from comparing the rate of screen pipe insertion and gas extraction parameters in two conditions of whole course screen pipe insertion and pipe insertion after returning the drill,gas extraction concentration and quantity with whole course screen pipe technology were increased by 1 times than that of contrast test holes,and the extraction time was shortened sharply,the technical test realized efficient gas extraction and guaranteed the safety production of mine.
