摘要
聚丙烯酸树脂是一种强亲水性的树脂材料,研究发现其在对水中污染物的较强的吸附作用而具有广阔的应用前景,但对聚丙烯酸树脂吸附重金属离子的研究较少。本实验在前期研究成果的基础上利用乳液法制备出一种聚丙烯酸树脂吸附材料,将吸附时间、吸附温度、废水p H、树脂投加量和废水始浓度作为控制变量,研究了各变量对聚丙烯酸树脂吸附Pb2+去除率的影响,确定聚丙烯酸树脂对废水中Pb2+的最优吸附条件。
Polyacrylic resin is a kind of strong hydrophilic resin material. Previous studies showed that polyacrylic resin could well absorb contaminants in waste water .Thus it would have a wide application prospect in field of water treatment. However, studies on the adsorption of heavy metal by polyacrylic acid resin are lacking. Based on the previous results, this study explored the adoption of emulsion prepared from a polyacrylic acid resin adsorption material of Pb2 + in wastewater. The effect of adsorption time, adsorption temperature, pH, resin dosing quantity and wastewater concentration on Pb2 + removal rate were systematically studied, and the optimal condition for Pb2+ adsorption were determined.
