摘要
本文研究了基于城市商务区功能属性的绿化特色街区的概念、特征和建设意义,提出商务区绿化特色街区设计应以街道的尺度为切入点,综合考虑城市用地布局、路网结构、空间容量、建筑形态等空间环境要素。文章以上海虹桥商务区为例,从街区结构、街道界面、公共空间等方面阐述了城市商务区绿化特色街区的设计策略,探讨绿色理念在街区层面的实现途径。
The article studies the contents, features and significance of characteristic green blocks based on the functional properties of city business district and indicates that design of characteristic green blocks should take the scale of streets as key point and synthesize spatial environment elements including urban land layout, road network structure, spatial capacity, architectural form, etc. Taking Shanghai Hongqiao business district as an example, it puts forward design strategies for characteristic green blocks in urban business district from the perspectives of block structure, street interface and public space which is expected to achieve the routes to apply green concepts at the block level.
