摘要
建立一种鸭肉中氧氟沙星(OFX)残留的表面增强拉曼光谱(SERS)检测方法。样本经过前处理后,利用QE65000便携式拉曼光谱仪采集样本的SERS光谱。采用单因素实验分析法优化实验条件,并建立预测鸭肉中OFX残留的线性回归方程。结果表明:金胶加入量、待测液样本加入量、NaCl溶液加入量及吸附时间的较优条件分别为500μL、10μL、120μL和1min,线性回归方程为y=1357.9x+33.737,相关系数(R2)为0.9946,样本回收率为89%~106%。
A surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy(SERS)detection method for ofloxacin(OFX)residues in duck meat was established.SERS spectra of the samples were collected by using QE65000 portable Raman spectrometer after the pretreatment of the samples.The experiment conditions were optimized by using single factor analysis,and the linear regression equation was established to predict OFX residues in duck meat.The results showed that when the addition amount of gold colloid,samples,the addition amount of sodium chloride solution and the adsorption time were 500μL,10μL,120μL and 1 min,the linear regression equation and the coefficient of determination were y=1357.9 x+33.737 and 0.9946,respectively,and the average recovery rate was 89%-106%.
