中医护理对控制肺癌化疗副作用的效果被引量：1

摘要目的:研究中医护理对控制肺癌化疗患者副作用的效果。方法:收集2015年9月~2016年9月我院肺癌化疗的60例患者,按随机数表法将其平分为两组,对照组接受常规护理,观察者加用中医护理,比较两组患者心理状况和不良反应情况。结果:护理后观察组患者SAS评分(24.1±2.9)分、SDS评分(44.3±5.1)分显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组疼痛7例,失眠7例,疲倦10例,呼吸困难2例,胃肠道反应14例;对照组疼痛21例,失眠19例,疲倦22例,呼吸困难9例,胃肠道反应26例(P<0.05)。结论:中医护理对控制肺癌化疗患者副作用的效果显著,值得临床推广。
