摘要
以55份小白菜自交系为试材,采用SSR分子标记技术对其遗传多样性进行分析,以期为育种中杂交组合的选配及种质创新提供参考依据。结果表明:从分布在10条染色体上的110对引物中筛选出44对稳定的多态性引物,得到105个多态性位点,平均每对引物扩增的条带数为2.4,每条染色体上平均多态性位点为10.5个,遗传距离在0.016 9~0.754 4,平均为0.373 0,参试材料间差异较大;聚类分析将55份材料分为四大类群,其中第Ⅰ大类31份材料,第Ⅱ大类8份材料,第Ⅲ大类5份材料,第Ⅳ大类11份材料。在这些材料中,大多数来源相同的聚为一类,少部分个体分布在不同类群中,可能是由于这些材料在人为与自然选择以及栽培环境的影响下发生了变异。
55 Brassica campestris L.inbred lines were used as experimental materials,the SSR molecular marker technique was used to study the genetic diversity of Brassica campestris L.in order to provide references for the selection of breeding combinations and germplasm innovation in breeding.The results showed that 44 pairs of stable polymorphic primers were screened out from 110 pairs of primers distributed on 10 chromosomes using SSR molecular markers,and 105 polymorphic loci were obtained.The number of bands amplified by each pair of primers was 2.4,and the average number of polymorphic sites per chromosome was 10.5.The genetic distance ranged from 0.016 9 to 0.754 4 with an average of 0.373 0.The differences among the tested materials were relatively large.55 clusters of materials were divided into 4 groups according to the cluster analysis,of which 31 were in the first category and 31 were in the second category.A total of 8 materials,Category Ⅲ,Group 5,and Group Ⅳ,11 units.Among these materials,most of the same sources are clustered together,and a few individuals are distributed in different groups.This might be due to the variation of these materials under the influence of human and natural selection and cultivation environment.
