摘要
目的:研究神秘果果肉与种子的水提取物对高脂模型小鼠的降血脂效应。方法:构建昆明种小鼠高脂动物模型,将小鼠随机分为9组,分别为空白对照组、高脂模型组、辛伐他汀阳性药物对照组及灌服神秘果提取物组(包括神秘果果肉与种子水提取物,分为高、中、低三种剂量)。4周后测定脏器指数、总胆固醇(TC)、血清甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(HDL-C)等指标并计算动脉硬化指数(AI),同时进行肝组织石蜡切片和HE染色。结果:神秘果果肉与种子水提取物均可显著降低高脂模型小鼠TC、TG与LDL-C水平,此外,神秘果果肉水提取物还可以显著提高HDL-C水平。结论:神秘果具有良好的降血脂效应。
Objective: To explore the hypolipidemic effect of water extract of the pulp and seeds of miracle fruit( Synsepalum dulcificum Denill) on hyperlipidemic mice. Methods: SPF male Kunming mice were randomly divided into 9 groups,including the control group,hyperlipidemia group,simvastatin positive drug group and fertilized miracle fruit extract groups( the water extract of the pulp and seeds of miracle fruit,which were divided into high,medium and low doses of groups). Organ index and blood lipid indexes in serum were measured after 4 weeks,the latter including levels of total cholesterol( TC),serum triglyceride( TG),high density lipoprotein-cholesterol( HDL-C),low density lipoprotein( LDL-C) and atherosclerosis index( AI). In addition,liver tissue paraffin sections and HE staining were also been conducted.Results: Results showed that the water extract of the pulp and seeds of miracle fruit significantly reduced levels of TC,TG and LDL-C. Furthermore,the water extract of the pulp significantly increased HDL-C level of hyperlipidemic mice. Conclusion: Miracle fruit has a significant hypolipidemic effect.
