摘要
谷氧还蛋白(glutaredoxin,GRX)是一类小分子氧化还原酶,在植物生长发育调控及逆境胁迫中起着重要调节作用。本研究拟对玉米MS22基因的生物信息及玉米中GRX基因家族的亲缘进化进行分析研究。通过对MS22基因的生物信息分析,发现MS22基因全长881 bp,编码159个氨基酸,属于CC型谷氧还蛋白。玉米基因组中共鉴定出22个GRX类基因,其中有6个基因为GRX-subⅠ,7个基因属于GRX-subⅡ,9个基因属于GRX-subⅢ。通过聚类分析发现MS22属于GRX-subⅢ类型,该蛋白与不同来源CC型谷氧还蛋白的氨基酸序列保守性较高,一致率介于61%~87%之间。通过该研究对玉米中该类型基因的进一步研究具有较好的理论指导意义。
Glutaredoxin(GRX) is a class of small molecule oxidoreductase, which plays an important role in regulating plant development and against abiotic stress. In this study, we analyzed the biological information of MS22 gene and the genetic evolution of GRX gene family in maize. Through analysis, we found that MS22 had 881 bp length of DNA, encoding 159 amino acids, which belonged to CC type glutaredoxin. 22 GRX genes were identified from maize, including 6 GRX-subⅠ genes, 7 GRX-sub Ⅱ genes, and 9 GRX-sub Ⅲ genes. Clustering analysis indicated that MS22 belonged to the GRX-sub Ⅲ type. This protein had high conservatism with the amino acid sequence of CC type glutaredoxin with different sources, and their concordance rate was between 61% and 87%. This study could provide better theoretical reference for further research of this type of genes in maize.
