摘要
结合马铃薯种植的农艺要求,同时为满足规模化生产的需求,集成旋耕整地技术及马铃薯播种技术创新设计了可将传统马铃薯整地、播种分次作业优化为一次作业的联合播种机。为此,详细介绍了整机结构、关键工作部件的设计方案及试验情况。通过较大面积的播种作业考核机具性能,试验结果表明:该联合播种机具有减少作业环节、降低生产成本、提高作业效率及缩短农时的特点,保墒效果极佳,播种质量好。
Combined with potato growing agronomic requirements at the same time in order to meet the requirements of large-scale production,integrated rotary tillage soil preparation technology and the potato planting technology and innovative design to traditional potato soil preparation,sowing time operation optimization for a joint drill. In this paper,the design scheme and test case of the whole machine structure and key working parts are introduced in detail. Through of large-area planting operation inspection machine performance,experimental results show that the joint drill with reduce work link,to the production cost,improve the working efficiency and shorten the farming,keep moisture effect is excellent,good sowing quality.
