典型临床病例在住院医师急危重症培训中应用探讨 被引量:2

Application Discussion on Using Typical Clinical Cases in The Emergency Critical Teaching of Resident Doctors

摘要 目的通过典型临床病例教学,以提高住院医师处理内科急症的能力。方法将规范化培训的58名住院医师随机分为两组,一组进行传统形式培训,简称对照组,一组采用典型临床病例的形式对内科常见急危重症诊治进行培训,简称培训组。每次培训后发放调查问卷,经过相同的培训时间后对两组进行考核。结果考核结果显示:总成绩、辅助检查分析、临床思维、诊疗计划和注意事项几项考核,培训组均优于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。问诊和体格检查,这两项在两组之间无显著性差异。调查问卷共244份结果显示:86%的人认为该项培训对临床工作、临床思维有指导意义并对培训方式满意认可。结论典型临床病例培训形式对提高住院医师处理急危重症的能力有一定效果。 Objective To improve the ability of resident doctors to deal with internal emergency critical symptoms.Methods A total of 58 resident doctors were randomly divided into two groups.One is control group which was trained by traditional teaching,the other is study group which was trained by using typical clinical cases in the emergency critical teaching.To evaluate the teaching effect,the assessment was carried out after the training,and the questionnaire was issued.Results The results showed that: total score,test analysis,clinical thinking,diagnosis and treatment plan were all superior to the control group in study group(P〈0.05).There were no significant difference ininterview and physical examination between two groups.A total of 244 questionnaires showed that more than 80%people believed that the training was good for clinical work,clinical thinking.They approved the training method satisfactorily.Conclusion The training method of typical clinical cases will contribute to improve the ability of resident doctors to deal with internal emergencies.
