鼠神经生长因子与神经节苷脂治疗腰椎间盘突出症术后神经功能恢复的比较研究 被引量:7

Effects of mouse nerve growth factor, and monosialotetrahexosylganglioside on neurological symptoms after the operation of lumbar disc herniation

摘要 目的观察注射用鼠神经生长因子、单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠注射液治疗腰椎间盘突出症术后神经功能恢复的效果。方法选取西安交通大学附属红会医院2014年11月至2017年4月共472例腰椎间盘突出症术后残留神经症状的患者,分为A组240例、B组232例,其中A组加用注射用鼠神经生长因子,B组加用单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠注射液。分别记录两组治疗前后体征和症状,利用疼痛视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS),Oswestry功能障碍指数(oswestry disability index,ODI)评分进行评判,记录治疗后症状改善情况,计算总有效率。结果 A组VAS、ODI评分优于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),A组痊愈+显效率为79.17%,高于B组的66.37%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼠神经生长因子比单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠注射液改善腰椎间盘突出术后患者的疼痛及神经功能更好。 Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of mouse nerve growth factor, monosialotetrahe xosylganglioside on residual neurological symptoms after the operation of lumbar disc herniation. Methods From November 2014 to April 2017, 472 patients with residual neurological symptoms after the operation of lumbar disc herniation were collected. The total effective rate was obtained according to the improved symptoms after the treatment. All the patients were divided into 2 groups: Group A( n = 240); Group B( n = 232). Mouse nerve growth factor was used in Group A, while monosialotetrahexosylganglioside was used in Group B. The symptoms and signs in both groups were respectively recorded before and after the treatment. Visual analogue scale( VAS) and Oswestry disability index( ODI) were used in the evaluation. Results VAS, ODI were improved more significantly in Group A than that in the Group B( P〈 0.05). Incidence of cure and improvement in Group A( 79.17%) was significantly higher than that of the Group B( 66.37%)( P〈 0.05). Conclusions Mouse nerve growth factor performs better than monosialotetrahexosylganglioside to relieve the pain, which is more beneficial to the recovery of neural functions.
