摘要
以聚醚多元醇、异氰酸酯为主要原料,经聚合反应制备了易施工的环保型单组份聚氨酯防水涂料。通过对溶剂、聚醚多元醇、环保增塑剂、R值以及填料等对性能和黏度影响的研究,确定了最佳配比。结果表明,当溶剂用量为3%,聚醚330N用量为10%~20%、增塑剂用量为12%~18%、R值为2.0~2.2、填料用量为39%~45%时,所制备的单组份聚氨酯防水涂料VOC符合GB/T 19250—2013中的A级要求(VOC≤50 g/L),而且具有优异的物理性能,粘度低、易施工、涂膜密实、无气泡等特点。
The easy construction environment friendly one-component polyurethane waterproof coating was synthesized by polymerization reaction of polyether polyol and isocyanate as raw materials. The performance influences of solvent,polyether polyol,environmental protection plasticizer,R valued and filler were investigated and the optimum dosage was determined. The results showed that when the dosage of solvent was 3% ,polyether 330N dosage in the range of 10% to 20% ,the dosage of plasticizer in the range of 12%-18%,R value in the range of 2.0 to 2.2, the filler dosage in the range of 39% to 45% for the best,the VOC of one-component polyurethane waterproof coating developed meet the national standard A level requirements (VOC≤50 g/L),moreover it has advantages of excellent physical properties,low viseosity,easy construction,dense coating film,no bubbles and so on.
