摘要
目的研究医护应急情景模拟相互配合对提高手术室低年资护士急救能力的影响。方法对本院15名低年资护士进行情景模拟医护联合应急演练培训,培训前后,15名护士理论、模拟应急能力以及实际应急效应比较。结果培训后,15名护士理论平均成绩为(88.63±7.26)分(t=8.28,P〈0.01),模拟应急能力平均成绩为(89.23±7.26)分(t=7.26,P〈0.01),实际应急效应考试得分为(90.65±4.53)分(t=8.61,P〈0.01),均显著高于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01),培训后统计数据表明,手术医生与麻醉医生对低年资护士应急处理的满意度由85.5%上升至95.54%,低年资护士自身对培训满意度由8813%上升至98.36%。结论情景模拟医护联合应急演练能显著提高低年资护士急救技术水平、±立兼讽察力和分析判断能力.捂高团队煮识和廊急配合能力、交流沟通能力。
Objective To study the application of medical care scenario simulation emergency drill in improving the first-aid capability of junior nurses in operating room. Methods 15 junior nurses in our hospital received medical care scenario simulation emergency drill. The scores of theory, simulating emergency capability, and actual emergency capability of 15 nurses were compared before and after the training. Results After the training, the average scores of theory, simulating emergency capability, and actual emergency capability of 15 nurses were (88.63±7.26) points, (89.23±7.26) points, (90.65±4.53) points, significantly higher than those before the training (t=-8.28, 7.26, 8.61; P〈0.01). After the training, the satisfaction degree of surgeons and anesthesiologists on emergency treatment of junior nurses increased from 85.5% to 95.54%, the satisfaction degree of junior nurses on training increased from 88.3% to 98.36%. Conclusion Medical care scenario simulation emergency drill can significantly improve the first-aid technical level of junior nurses, cultivate their observation, analysis, and judgment capabilities, and improve team consciousness, emergency coordination, and communication capabilities.
