摘要
目的观察腕踝针联合大黄甘遂贴治疗肺癌患者中度癌痛的止痛效果。方法采用随机分组的方式将符合条件的患者分成对照组和实验组，对照组采用口服止痛药氨酚羟考酮片，实验组采用腕踝针法联合大黄甘遂贴穴位贴敷，对比两组治疗肺癌患者中度癌痛的止痛情况。结果干预后实验组患者癌痛评分、患者夜间睡眠时间均优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论腕踝针联合穴位贴敷治疗痰湿蕴肺型肺癌患者中度癌痛，可以有效缓解患者的疼痛程度，帮助患者休息，从而提高了患者的生活质量。
Objective To observe the analgesic effect of wrist ankle acupuncture combined with rhubarb and Euphorbia kansui paste in lung cancer patients with moderate pain. Methods The eligible patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The control group was treated with oral analgesics （oxycodone and acetaminophen tablets）, the experimental group was treated with wrist ankle acupuncture combined with rhubarb and Euphorbia kansui paste acupoint sticking. Compared the analgesic effect of the two groups. Result The score of cancer pain and the night sleep time of the patients in the experimental group were all better than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Wrist ankle acupuncture combined with acupoint sticking can effectively alleviate the pain degree of lung cancer patients with phlegm dampness, help patients rest, thereby improving the quality of life of patients.
